久留米では珍しく落ち着いた雰囲気のあるお店です。
今回が初めての訪問で家族会での利用となりました。
案内されたテーブルは個室で掘りごたつのようになった丸テーブルでした。
雰囲気は良かったのですが染みついたタバコの臭いが残念でした。
非喫煙者にとっては不快な臭いです。
まず注文した品は、前菜から生春巻き
生春巻きはやっぱりベトナムでしょう。
何かが足りません。

味自体は悪くはありませんでしたが、具材の切り方が小さすぎだと思いました。

これは美味しい！ラーメン屋の餃子とは違います。

餡かけおこげ
この料理を初めて知ったのは、もう15年位前「料理の鉄人」で、
陳健一さんが「音の出る料理」と言っていました。
以来、これがどこで食べられるのかと探したものです。
中華の中で私の好きな料理の一つです。
おこげと餡は、もちろん別々に運ばれてきて、店員さんが我々の目の前で合わせてくれます。

上品な味付けでした。

いわゆる塩ラーメンですが、麺が私の好みからすると茹ですぎと感じました。
スープが美味しかっただけに少し残念でした。

メニューの写真を見てとてもおいしそうだったので注文した品です。

写真とずいぶん違わないか？
もう少し柔らかく仕上げるべきだと思います。

杏仁豆腐は、少しいただきましたが、とてもモチモチして美味しかったですよ。
料理全体として一品、一品の量が少ないと思いました。
値段を少し上げてももう少し多い方がいいのではないでしょうか？
今回、鶏肉の甘辛味噌炒めとおこげがメインでしたが、すこし物足りなかったので
麺を2品、ハーフで追加しました。
コースで注文した方がお得だったかもしれません。
「梅の花」といえば、湯葉料理や精進料理の仕出しなどで利用していましたが、
中華料理に進出していたとは初めて知りました。
全体的に味付けが柔らかいのも出発点がそうだからなのかもしれません。
味は、全体的に無難、いろいろとメニューを試した上で何が美味しいのか調べてみる必要がありそうです。
建物内を見渡した感じ、全て個室のようですので、家族会などには使えそうなお店です。

I used it for a family dinner on New Year's Day. This is my first visit in 12 years. Apparently they were understaffed. The man in white clothes, I think he is probably in charge of the kitchen, is serving as a waiter. Customer service that would be unimaginable without it. As for the food selection, I chose fried rice. However, I was intrigued by how little it was.The two of us were asked to share the bean paste in a small pot (like the one you use to add milk for coffee). I couldn't believe my ears, so I checked with the staff and found out that this was not fried rice with ankake sauce. If you like it, please eat it with some water on it to change the taste. There are other ways to say it. Overall, it was bland and warm, resembling Buddhist vegetarian cuisine. The course costs 5,500 yen without drinks, but I didn't think it included any content. If you look at my recent reviews, I've seen quite a lot of high ratings, but this score is a fair one.
