おいしいお魚料理提供してくれるお店があるからと久留米へと出かけたのですが、お昼の営業は予約のお客さまでいっぱいだとのことで…
それで、豆腐料理を提供するチェーン店『梅の花』が手がける中華料理のお店へと移動いたします
個室をメインとしたお店ではありますが、予約をすることなく飛び込んだワタシは広間のテーブル席へと案内されましたが、ゆったりとした空間や小さくはありますがお庭を眺めることができる、落ち着いた雰囲気が素敵であります
そんなん空間でもありますので、アラカルトではなくコースでいただこうと…
土鍋麻婆豆腐をメインとし海老チリなどポピュラーなお料理がいただける「笹百合コース」をいただくことといたします
前菜2種として提供されたのは、コリコリとした歯ざわりがおいしいクラゲとトロッと煮込まれたチャーシューでありまして、器づかいも素敵なものでありました
優しい味わいの卵スープとサクッと揚がった春巻きと大根もち
そして蒸籠で蒸された海老シウマイと豆腐シウマイ
豆腐料理をメインとする会社らしくスープには生湯葉が入っていますし、豆腐シウマイもおいしくいただけます
熱々に焼かれた土鍋で提供される土鍋麻婆豆腐
お豆腐のおいしさを引き立てるためかトロミに優しい味わいを感じるものでありまして…
四川風のような辛みや痺れを感じるものではありませんので、どなたでもおいしくいただくことができますね
プリっぷりの海老がゴロゴロとした海老チリに入っているのは生麩でありまして…
豆腐料理屋さんらしいアレンジにユニークさを感じていたのですが、いざいただいてみますとチリソースとの相性が良いものでありました
サイコロ状にカットされた豚肉をカリッと揚げて…
そんな酢豚が一般的であるのですが、こちらでいただく「まきまき酢豚」は薄くスライスされた豚バラをくるくるっと巻いたものでありますので、ジューシーであるだけでなく、柔らかく食べやすいことから年配の方でもおいしくいただけそうです
食事はチャーハンかラーメンのいずれかを選ぶことができるとのことですし、2人が異なるものをチョイスしても構わないとのことで…
流石にこれだけの量のチャーハンを炒めることは難しいのでしょう
作り置きされたと思われるチャーハンはイマイチでありましたが、ラーメンのスープは実においしく、ミネラル豊富なお塩の旨みを楽しむことができました
デザートの杏仁豆腐
これがなかなか秀逸なものでありまして…
これまでいただいたものとは異なるもちもちな舌ざわりにハマってしまう人も多いのだそうで、一緒にお邪魔した食いしん坊もわざわざこれを買いに来ることもあるほどにお気に入りなのだとか
それも納得であります
