午前中の所用が予想以上に長引き、危うくランチ難民に・・。 (ーー゛)
食べログで検索し、ランチのラストオーダーが15時となっている「チャイナ 梅の花 久留米店」さんへ2人で向かいます。
こちら、豆腐料理を提供することで有名な『梅の花』さんが手がける中華料理のお店です。
お店自体は品のよい洋風の建物。
駐車場を含めた広い敷地で高級感があります。
到着時刻は14時20分。
入口すぐに受付があり、「ご予約でしょうか？」とのお尋ねが・・。
この時間でもまだ、空いてないんだ・・。
飛込みでの旨を説明すると、「お部屋を準備しますので少々お待ち下さい」とのご返事。
玄関横のウェイティングスペースで少し待ち、『瑞祥』という4人用個室に案内いただけました。 (*^^*)
途中、ガラス越しに厨房が見えます。
個室はテーブル席。
椅子にはローラーが付いており、すっと引ける年配者にも優しいタイプ。
メニューから「チャイナランチ（1,720円、込）」を注文し、連れは単品で「四川風担々麺（1,080円）」。
注文の際、アレルギーや苦手な食材を聞いてくれる丁寧さです。
ランチで供されたのは、
■豆腐サラダ
本業の豆腐がメインの前菜。
やわやわのお豆腐に小海老や葱がトッピングされた一品です。
■スープ
蓋付きの器での登場にプチ高級感。 (*^^*)
トマトの酸味が効いたとろみのあるスープです。
■点心
蒸篭に入った烏賊しゅうまい（1個）。
やや大ぶりですが、ひと口で瞬殺です。 (笑)
■メイン料理
海老マヨ、唐揚げ、烏賊揚げの3種。
それぞれ2個ずつなので、メインというには可愛いボリュームです。
■ふく福豆冨
（メニューでは豆腐→豆冨）
テーブル中央にはIHがあり、そこにお鍋が置かれてお豆腐がグツグツと・・。
小鉢に取り、 2種の餡を掛けていただきます。
とろりとした餡かけ豆腐。
口当たりもよく、「梅の花」さんのオリジナリティーを感じる逸品です。 (*^^*)
しかも、嬉しいことに『鍋』ですので、それなりのボリューム。
どちらかというと、こちらがメイン料理？
しっかり堪能できました。
■炒飯
炒飯かラーメンのいずれかを選ぶことができるとのことでこちらを選択。
黒ごまがトッピングされた、これまた可愛いサイズです。 (^_^;)
■デザートの杏仁豆腐
これがなかなかの逸品。
一見、普通の杏仁豆腐なんですが、これまでいただいたことのない、もちもち食感。 ( 〃▽〃)
楽しい舌ざわりで見た目とのギャップに嬉しい誤算です。
■クーポン利用のごま団子
食べログでの検索時にゲット！
もちろん利用し、杏仁豆腐と一緒にいただきました。
外側サクサク、なかもっちりとした味わいの揚げたてごま団子。
意外と侮れない一品です。
味、雰囲気、サービスを考えると1,720円 はお値打ち価格。
十分に満足感を覚えるランチでした。
ちなみに、連れから少し分けてもらった担々麺。
ほどよい辛さの中に重奏的なスパイスのハーモニーを感じます。
お高めの気がしましたが、納得の美味しさ。
こちらもお薦めです。
