At 7:30pm on a weekday, I made a reservation for Sasayuri (3,600 yen) and entered as a family of four. For rice, you can choose from Dandan noodles, Ankake fried rice, Chinese Congee, and Gomoku noodles, so I chose Dandan noodles. Appetizers such as jellyfish and tofu are light in quantity and seasoned to warm up your mouth and stomach. Today's soup is egg soup with a light flavor. The tofu shumai and shrimp shumai have a strong flavor and a nice crunchy texture in places. The fried spring rolls are piping hot and the aroma spreads throughout your mouth when you eat them. Daikon mochi has just a texture and a normal taste. Mapo tofu is a little spicy, so be careful if you don't like it. Although the amount is small, it may be appropriate considering the total amount. Shrimp chili is sweeter than I expected. This is also a small amount, but an appropriate amount. Makimaki sweet and sour pork is made by rolling pork into a hard layer, and you can really taste the meat, but I think fried pork would be better. The rice dish selection, Dandan noodles, was quite large and had a coconut-like sweetness, with just the right amount of spices and just the right amount of spiciness. We ended the meal with almond tofu and optional coffee. The taste is good and the quantity is reasonable, so even men can enjoy it. The private room I was shown to was highly soundproofed, but there were some aspects that lacked consideration, such as few decorations, no coat hangers, and a door that was noisy to open and close.
