私はお酒は飲めないので、こちらではもっぱらソフトドリンク…。
いえいえ、このような私にとっても一番の楽しみがあります。マスターのおもてなし料理です。
イタリアンテイストの、素材にこだわった美味しい料理。トマトベースのパスタをよく注文するのですが、ほかのソースでも、もちろん美味です。
具材はいたってシンプルなのですが、その分、ソースの味がしっかりと行きわたり、素材の良さが伝わってきます。
ボリュームもありお財布にもやさしい値段なのですが、それを維持するためのコツは？と尋ねると、「材料選びと調理に手を抜かないこと」とのこと。マスターの心が料理に表れているようです。
ちなみに…女性スタッフの間で絶大な支持を受けているメニューがあります
