久留米の老舗！上海酒家2013年03月25日(月)上海酒家へ行って来た。
久留米の大通り・明治通りの六ツ門の近くに有る。
スナックなどが入る雑居ビルの６階に有る。
下の階のスナックはシャッターが降り、電気が消えているので
夜だけの営業なのかなと思い、とりあえずエレベーターで６階まで行ってみた。
エレベーターの扉が開くと、そこはもう店内！
店員さんと目が合って、思わず
『あ！もうやってますか？』
『はい、どうぞ！』
しかし、６階フロアー全部使ってるのに
意外と狭い店内だ。
他にも、宴会場とか有るのかな？
６階なので見晴らしが良い。
見えるのは、明治通りで、そのまま進むとＪＲ久留米駅になる。
さて、メニューを見ると、日替わり以外は少し高めかな？
やはり、お手頃価格の麺類にしよう！
炒麺も炸麺もラーメンの麺を使ってるそうで
炒麺は麺に焦げ目を付けたもので
炸麺は麺を揚げたものだそうだ。
注文したのは、五目あんかけ焼きそば・炒麺＠６００円！
やや醤油強めの餡がかかっていて、その下に何が有るか解らない。
その餡をかき分けると、焼目の付いたラーメンの麺が出て来た。
さあ、餡を絡めて頂きます。
うん、美味しい、この手の餡かけ麺は好きだな！
店を出て、国道の向うを見るとモヒカンらーめんと
清陽軒の文化街店がお昼の営業を始めていた。
特にモヒカンらーめんの本店は、行列で入りづらいが
ここは、まだまだ行列は出来ないようだ。
次は、この２軒を連食しようかな！！
