本日、10時前からすでに二件の打合せを終了。今度は社内の打合せ。
時間がないので、打合せしながら昼食をと考えてみました。
ファミレスはあまり気がすすまないし、出来ればテーブルの大きいお店がいいなと思い、「上海酒家」さんにお邪魔しました。
店内はお昼時ということもあって、お客さん多め。繁盛されてます。しかも、ほとんどが女性のお客さん。
やはり、女性は美味しいものをよく知ってますな！
ランチセットより支那麺ランチを注文。
本日の小鉢は鶏肉のサラダと牛肉と水菜のカキソース。それに小ご飯がついています。
まずは支那麺、スープに化学調味料を使用していないために、飲み干しても喉が乾かないんですよね。
久留米といえば、豚骨ラーメンですが、こちらの鶏ガラベースのラーメンもいけます。
小鉢も出来合を使用ではなく、ご主人が手作りされますので、少し時間は掛かりますが、味は保証いたします。
ずばり、旨い！
また、高菜がついているのですが、これが辛くてご飯がすすむ！なんでこんなに上手に漬物を作れるのだろう？
最後にコーヒーを出して頂き、ありがとうございました。
結局、食事に集中してしまい、打合せはあまり出来ませんでした。^^;
ご主人の手間を惜しまない料理、感服いたしました。
