少し遠出をした帰り、昼ご飯を食べ損ねてたので思い立って「丸好食堂」さんへ。
津福エリアに来た際に数回立ち寄ろうとしたのですが、ついていないのかいつも休業日…。
よほど縁がないのかと思い始めたところ、今日は遅めの昼下がりの雨の日。
お客もそこそこ少な目でゆっくりと堪能できそうとようやくの訪店。
駐車場に車を停めて店内へ。
昭和42年創業の老舗はお店の外観も内観もなかなかの味。
客席はカウンター席の他、テーブル席、座敷席とバリエーションありましたが、一人訪店なのでカウンター席へ。
時間も遅かったので焼き飯はあきらめ、スタンダードな「ラーメン」を注文。
5分程度待って「ラーメン」着丼。やはり少し物足りないかなと餃子も追加注文。
チャーシュー、海苔、ゆでたまご、ねぎがバランスよく配置された食欲をそそるビジュアル！
まずは一口スープを頂く。久留米ラーメンらしく豚骨臭はあるものの味自体はややスッキリ目。
脂の浮きも少な目で豚骨スープそのものを味わえます。
麺はやや細目のストレート麺。スープに絡んでするすると喉に入る。
チャーシューは脂身多めのバラベースの大振りなチャーシューが2枚。
食べ進めると塩味はやや強めに感じるが、それはそれで後を引く。
餃子は思っていたよりも柔らかめ。もう少しパリっと感が欲しいかな。
長いこと地元で愛されているだけはありますね。
次は皆さんお勧めの焼き飯と一緒に頂きたいものです。
