久留米ラーメンの名店
午後4時前に訪れましたがすんなりと駐車、入店できました。ピーク時はかなり行列ができるのでしょう。お店の入口横には整列用のポールやベンチが置いてあります。カウンター席に座りラーメン¥600をいただきました。丼になみなみと注がれたスープをレンゲで一口啜ると豚骨の甘みがパァーと口の中に広がります。塩味も抑え気味で後味もすっきりとしたスープです。中細ストレート麺もスープによく合って、あっという間にスープを含め完食してしまいました。さすが久留米ラーメンの名店です。

訪問日2024.1/20土曜日は20:00ラストオーダーでした。早めにしまう時があるのかもしれませんね。 |
平日お昼12時45分頃、駐車場も店内の座席もほぼ満車、満席状態で人気のほどが窺えます。2、3分待って空いたカウンター席に座り、今日はチャンポン¥650をいただくことにしました。さほど待つこともなく運ばれてきたチャンポンは彩りのよい野菜がいっぱいのって見るからに美味しそうです。スープは思いのほかあっさりした薄味で食べ進めても重たくならず、あっという間に食べ飲み干してしまいました。量的にもさほど多くなく食欲旺盛な時ならちょっと物足りなく感じるかもです。味は間違いなく美味しいだけに大盛が欲しいところです。
