休日の12時前に入店。
先客はカウンターに1名と店の奥のほうに数組。
前回レビューに記載がないのでわかりませんが、今回は券売機でラーメン650円と焼きめしセット390円を購入。
カウンター席に腰かけて待ちます。
待つこと3分でラーメン、すぐそのあとに焼きめしが出てきます。
このあたりの速さがいいですね。
ラーメンの麺は少しカタく、好みの感じ。
スープはこってり感ありありで少し豚骨臭のある久留米ラーメンそのもの。
今回は紅ショウガトッピングしてスープの甘さと対比してみましたら、みごと成功。
焼きめしはしっかりと卵にまぶされて、細かい玉ねぎとかまぼことねぎがいい味を出しています。
肉が入っていたか...記憶が飛んだ。
まさにラーメン屋さん、満足でした。
