かなり久しぶりにくいよい軒に行ってみた。
先代の店に2度、この店は開店当時から2回目かな？
ラーメンは先代の時とはガラッと変わった印象だ。
前はもっとスープが薄くて昔ながらの久留米ラーメンだったと記憶している。いまのラーメンは俗に言うコッテリ系の久留米ラーメンだな。麺は中太麺で、デフォの麺の茹で方はやや硬めんなので、ラーメンが着丼してから直ぐ食べ始めると、やや麺がごわつく感じがした。個人的にはもう少し柔麺にした方が麺にスープが浸透して美味しくなると思う。それが本来の久留米ラーメンだからね。
噂の白い焼きめし誰が名付けたか？
通称「白焼きめし」^_^
味付けは至ってシンプルで
バターと塩コショウかな？半生シャキシャキのタマネギの食感が個性的だ。まあ一言で言うと「バターライス焼きめし」って感じだな。ラーメン屋の「久留米焼きめし」は、全部ではないが、ラーメンの「元ダレ」を味付けに使ってる店が多いので、そういう意味では珍しいタイプの焼きめしと言えよう。濃い味コッテリのラーメンとの相性は良いと思う。
