今日は仕事をお休みして所要のため、車でうろうろ。
お目当てのラーメン屋が臨時休業とのことで凹んだ気持ちで次のランチ候補を探すことに。
ちょっと前のローカル番組で地元民が好きなラーメン屋として名前が上がっていた「くいよい軒」がどおりがかりにあることに気付いて早速方向転換！
駐車場は満車でしたがタイミング良く空いたので滑り込み。店内に入るとすぐに券売機があり、カウンター席にすでにほぼ満席状態。少し臭みがかった豚骨臭がいい感じ。
先にラーメン720円＋焼飯のセット400円を注文して席に座って5分程度待ったところで先に焼飯、そして続けざまにラーメン到着。
ラーメンはややこってり目の少し泡系に近いスープ。
一口啜ると見た目通りのこってり感。結構イメージ通りの久留米ラーメンに近い。
チャーシューもバラ使用のトロっとした食感で３枚入っておりなかなかのボリューム。あえてチャーシュー麺にせずともこれで十分。
そして気に入ったのは焼飯。最近食べた焼飯はやや濃い目の味付けで焼飯単体で完成しているものが多かったけど、こちらはあっさり目で控えめな焼飯。濃い目のスープと合わせていただくと非常にバランスがいい！
この組み合わせ、なかなか気に入りました。
