The special fried rice that bears the restaurant's name was delicious!
In Kurume, there are some Chinese restaurants in town that serve delicious Gyoza / Dumpling and dandan noodles, but I don't think there are many options when it comes to authentic Chinese food. At first I tried to make a reservation at another restaurant. However, I hesitated because I didn't have very positive memories of the store I had been to before. From there, I searched for a new restaurant.I was intrigued by the comments such as ``When it comes to Chinese food in Kurume,'' so I decided to take a chance and made a reservation. This is a store I didn't know about at all. I was shown to a private room. Ordering is a la carte: Dim sum sum: Xiaolongbao, spring rolls.Main dishes include stir-fried chicken with cashew nuts and shrimp with mayonnaise.Main dishes include Shanghai μ special fried rice.Later, I ordered almond tofu. Xiaolongbao was authentic and delicious, but I have no particular comments about the spring rolls. I thought the spicy stir-fried chicken and cashew nuts had a thick texture. The white onions were quite prominent, but they had a nice texture and accented the dish. However, there was no spiciness. Shrimp with mayonnaise is the sourness of mayonnaise and condensed milk? It was delicious with a good combination of sweetness. The fried rice was a special dish that bears the restaurant's name, and it was the most delicious I've had today. The seasoning is mild overall. I don't think there are many varieties on the menu. I wish there were a few more stewed dishes other than shark fin. I think the service is very good.

Shrimp with chili sauce ★ or shrimp mayo ★★★ To me, the shrimp with chili sauce felt like just boiled shrimp in chili sauce. 8. Fried rice ★ or fried Yakisoba (stir-fried noodles) ★★★★ Last time's special fried rice was delicious, but today's fried rice was soft and tasteless. Was this a failure? However, the fried Yakisoba (stir-fried noodles) were delicious. 9. Almond tofu and sesame dumplings ★★★★ Each dish was a small plate and the portion was small, but it was enough to fill my stomach.
