I visited Tempura Egashira in Kurume City. This is a Tempura restaurant that has been around for quite some time and has a nice atmosphere. It was just after 12pm and I didn't have a reservation, but I was able to get in. ■ Tempura set meal (1,430 yen) First up is tofu and chawanmushi. The chawanmushi leaves an impression on me, and I eat it with bean paste and the accompanying yuzu pepper. The yuzu pepper is exquisite and delicious. Tempura has quite a lot of shrimp, sea bream, conger eel, squid, and vegetables. The material itself is normal. I think it's well fried and overall delicious. The soup is light and not too thick. I'm satisfied because it also comes with a drink. It was a feast.
