休日のランチで訪問しました。
キッチンもホールもそれぞれお一人のようで忙しなくご対応されています。
汁なし坦々麺セットを注文しました。
時間かかりますよとのことでしたが、待ちました。
汁なし坦々麺は辛さはほとんどなく、多少痺れのある仕上がりになっています。
美味しくペロリと頂けました。
半チャーハンは味付けとしては薄めのシンプルな街中華のチャーハンという感じです。
パラパラ感もありました。
