The atmosphere has changed with the renovation
We went in as a family of three on a holiday afternoon. It seems like the number of counter-style seats has increased and the overall capacity has increased. We ordered Nagasaki Sara Udon for 620 yen for the first time in a while. All six staff members are women, and the three who work in the dining area and at the cash register are always watching the customers, and the moment a customer looks up to be called, they answer "Yes" and come to their seat. This is a wonderful feature of this restaurant and made me like it more. The Sara Udon came out in about five minutes. It had the consistent taste that you would expect from a chain restaurant and was perfect. Maybe it was because I was in a good mood, but it felt very delicious.

We went in as a family of three around 1pm on a holiday. About 40% of the seats were taken. We sat at a table for four and ordered Nagasaki Sara Udon for 680 yen. What?! It's been two years since we last came here, but the price has gone up by 60 yen. When you come here after a long time, you notice things like this. The Sara Udon was brought to you in about five minutes, and had a pretty consistent taste. I have no complaints at all. There was also plenty of vegetables, so it might be healthy. With the rising cost of ingredients, it's inevitable that the price will go up.
