It's really been about 20 years since I last visited. I'm surprised myself, haha. It certainly has changed. The menu repertoire has expanded, and you can choose the amount of noodles, toppings, side dishes, set menus, and so on. You can really choose and customize it to your liking. Ordering is done on a tablet (of course, you can also order verbally). There seemed to be a lot of elderly people there, and they all called a waiter over to order as if it was the most natural thing to do (leaving their tablet behind, haha). My order: Seafood champon (less noodles) ¥840, 3 gyoza dumplings ¥160. It came with 2-3 shrimp, clams, and scallops, and they even provided a shell holder◎ It has evolved in many ways.
