総評 新米の秋〜自称、白飯喰いの私には\(^o^)/
日時 2022年11月3日(木)13時40分 初訪問
注文 うなぎ丼3200円
支払 現金のみ
料理 白飯がドーン！塩味の少ない不思議なタレ、甘く感じます。だから途中、
お茶を飲まなくても大丈夫な位、あっさり。
途中隠れている鰻は、良し。
米粒は硬めの仕上がりで、良いですね。
注意 ただ、この白飯は、肉体労働系の量です、要注意f^_^;)
肝吸いの塩味はちょうど良く、九州の旨味の強い醤油のお陰ですね。
残念 鰻の脂もたっぷり、ですが味の甘いタレが私好みで無く残念。
次回 白飯に隠れていない 味付けされた飯のせいろを。
コスパ 3.5点
店舗 老舗感溢れる造り、圧巻は入り口の廊下、階段の木の艶、輝き！(@_@)

経緯 明日、西鉄久留米で法要あり、新幹線でJR久留米駅で降り、西鉄まで食後25分歩きました。
ひとりごと 久留米はグルメ〜(^^♪
