帰省の後で年も明け。昔馴染みの友達と汀亭へ焼肉を食べに行った。
広い座敷にロースターを埋め込んだテーブル。
肉のカットは豪快なのにリーズナブル。立地だけなんだか微妙って店。
無煙タイプのロースターじゃないのでタン塩の時はそれほどでもなかったんだけど、
カルビやハラミを焼くと脂が落ちてもうもうと煙が立ち上ってくる。
肉感はもとより、この煙がまた肉のうまさを増幅させてくれる作用があるようで
いつも以上に酒よりもメシが進んでしまった。
お洒落さってのとは無縁だけど、混雑っぷりも納得の豪快焼肉だった。
