久留米市宮ノ陣にあるお蕎麦屋さん、「蕎麦処 一閑人」さんへ、お昼お邪魔しました。
お店の中へ入ると目の前に手入れの行き届いているお庭が(^^)
テーブル席に案内していただき、私はミニ天丼のせいろ蕎麦セットを。
主人はビールを飲みながら、板わさと天麩羅の盛り合わせを…
その後冷酒も笑
蕎麦茶と一緒にお蕎麦をカリカリに揚げた物を出していただきました。
しばらくするとビールとお通しの白あえ、板わさ、天麩羅盛り合わせが。
天麩羅には梅干しの天ぷらが入っていました。
夏だからかな？
珍しい物を食べさせてもらいました(^^)
そして私のミニ天丼とせいろ蕎麦セットが。
お蕎麦喉越し良く、主人の天麩羅に付いていた抹茶塩を付けて食べるととても美味しかったです。
蕎麦つゆは私には味が少し濃く感じました。
ミニ天丼は丼に汁をかけてあるとの事でしたが、もう一度上からかけて…
それでもとても上品なお味でした(^^;
主人は天麩羅もあったので、温かいお蕎麦を。
こちらもスープが濃かったようです。
若い方達だったら、この濃さでちょうど良いのかも(^^)
蕎麦湯でホッとした時間を過ごさせていただきました。
