■総評
久留米に用事があったのでちょっと調べて行ってみました。
今度はミシュラン掲載店です。
結果的にはなんもかんも美味い
流石ミシュランって思うお店です。
駅からは結構遠いんじゃない？
ってぐらい辺鄙な場所ありますが、
今度久留米行った時もここは必須だなぁ。
■天ぷら御膳
なんとなく天ぷらも食べたくなった上に
蕎麦もしっかり食べたいので
蕎麦増量しました。
いやー美味い。
ざるそばってだいたいそばつゆ甘いと思うんですけど
こちらは甘さよりも旨味が凄いです。
蕎麦湯になるとそれが顕著になります。
蕎麦湯の美味さは３本の指に入りますねぇ。
そして蕎麦自体がうめぇ。
で、天ぷらも凄い美味いんです。
めっちゃサクサクで。
同行者が一本食べて「もう一本ないの？」とか言うレベルですよｗ（二本のみです）
もっとすごかったのが御膳につくスイーツ。
そばがきにきな粉と黒蜜をかけたものですが
これが超絶美味かった。
とにかく凄い御膳でした。
■揚げ蕎麦
最初に出るのがこちら。
香椎神宮の近くの蕎麦屋さんでも出て
なんとも素朴な味が美味しいです。
■卵焼き
こちらはなんとなく。
美味いお店はなんでも美味いよなぁって見本ですね。
めっちゃ出汁効いてる。
ちなみに、同行者は鴨南蛮そば行きましたが、
これまたえらい美味かったです。
やっぱり自分はミシュランと相性よいです。
