前回訪問時に黒板記載されてた魚介が気になって再訪してきました。
「ニシ貝刺し 600円」「あなご刺し 1500円」をつまみにお酒を。
両方ともカウンター脇の生簀から取り出されますが、アナゴも生きてます・・・。
筒のようなものでアナゴを取り出すさまがまず眺めて爽快。
ニシ貝の締まり具合も良好ですが、アナゴの刺身のプリプリした食感に驚きした。
お酒すすみます。これはまた体が緩む・・・。
いろんな魚介を置いてる店って大きいところにはちょくちょくありますが、
個人店でこの品揃えはお見事。
アナゴは特にですが、さばくのに少々時間がかかるようなので、
混雑時にはご留意ください・・・。

西町の南京千両のお隣にある鮨屋さんです。
一人前の値ごろな感じに引き寄せられて入ってみました。
店内はカウンターが７～８席と小上がり２席です。
ふすまに仕切られてる１室があったのでそちらも客席かもしれません・・。
外からも掲示メニューの下に魚が泳ぐ生簀がみえますが、
店内にも貝がもっさり入った水槽が並んでいます。
おすすめ品の書かれたボードには、「アナゴ刺し」「ニシ貝」「甲貝」などと
一風変わった魚介が書かれていてちょっと悩んでしまいます。
カウンターに座り、ツマミを決める前に冷酒をオーダー。
「杜の蔵 純米生酒」出てきた時は宮城のお酒かと思いましたが
地元久留米の酒造さんなんですね。まだまだ不勉強です。
ふとカウンター越しの壁を見ると、「いそぎんちゃく味噌煮 500円」なる掲示が。
いそぎんちゃくとは諫早以来でしかも安い・・・ということで早速注文。
独特の歯ごたえと味噌と磯の香がうまく融合しておいしかったです。
レンジ加熱してたんですが、味がしっかりしてるんで煮冷ましのままで十分な印象。
夜遅め（11時入店）だったこともあり、ネタケースは少々さびしくなってました。
安いんで特上を注文したところ、ネタが一部切れているため上までしかできないとのこと。
お酒のみながらにぎりのできるのを待つという時間はなんとも快いもんです。
ご主人少々テレビに視線が行き過ぎかなぁ・・・という気はしましたが。
上にぎり、追加ツマミで「いそぎんちゃく味噌煮」「タマゴ」。これに冷酒をつけて3300円。
夜1時まで営業しているということもあるので、通いやすいお店です。
