同系列で、提供されてるうどんも同一に見えますが、同じ「手延べ」技法でも「人力屋」は真性の手作業による製麺、「人力うどん」は工程に機械化された所が多いらしいです。
本日は、久留米市の「人力屋 国分店」さんです。
言われてみれば、メニューも多少異なります。
こちらには、鳥栖市の「人力うどん」でのお気に入りだった『かき揚げうどん』が見当たらない様な?
注文したのは
◆肉うどん(520円)+ワカメ(90円)
そしたらお姉ちゃんが
「肉ワカメですね～」
そんなメニューがあったのか?お会計が
「590円」
20円割安でした。(笑)✧◝(⁰▿⁰)◜✧
うどんは広口の丼で供されます。
スープは魚介系が利いた、しっかりメリハリがある味です。
先日の「聖ﾏﾘｱ病院前店」でも思ったのですが、昔はもっとイリコ(煮干し)が利いた、ちょっと雑味的な印象さえ感じる味でしたが、何か上品になった気がします。
まぁ、私の舌ですから、あてには・・・・
それから、思いのほか麺が柔らかかったです。
もう少し、しっかりした印象だったような?
ワカメも結構たっぷりで、きっと髪に好影響をもたらすに違いない!
