文字通り、久留米市の聖マリア病院近くにお店があります。
ここが「人力屋」の一号店。
国道209号線から少しそれた場所、西鉄バスのバス停の並びです。
平日のディナータイムに利用しました。
「人力屋」と言えば、ツルツル、なめらかな粘りゴシの手延べうどんと、その豊富でボリューム満点なセットメニューが印象的ですが、その中から、今宵はメンチカツのセット（税込640円）をいただきました。
かけうどん（今宵は天かす入り）、ご飯の小とつぼ漬、メンチカツとキャベツ。
今回も手延べうどん、堪能しました。ツルツル、なめらかな食感と、力強い粘りゴシ。
これまで食べた、うどんの食感の中では、ピカ一かも。
すっきり出汁を利かせたつゆとの組合せもいいね。
揚げたてサクサクのメンチカツ、このケチャップソースが美味しい。
少しだけ甘くしているのがお気に入り。
どの揚げ物にも合う万能ソース。
キャベツのドレッシングもさっぱりとして、美味しい。
味、ボリューム、価格と三拍子そろった定食が食べられるうどん屋さん、近所に一軒欲しいですね。

余談ですが、「聖マリア前店」が正しい店名だと思います。
