初めて訪れたのは27,8年前。その後もちょくちょく訪れていましたが、今回はかなり久しぶりとなりました。
店内はガラリと変わっており、厨房には年齢を重ねた店主さんと息子さんでしょうか？若手の方が入られています。(あの幼かったお子さんがお父さんと同じ厨房に入っているのかと思うと感動を覚えます)
で、注文したのは日替り定食[肉豆腐とメンチカツ](700円)ではなく、白身フライ定食(800円)。
かなり悩みましたが、思い出の白身フライ定食を注文。
衣はサクッと身はふっくらでホロホロとしており、ソースも昔と変わらない美味しさです。
連休中にもう一度行きたい。
