久留米でも数少ない、串揚げの名店。何故名店なのかと聞かれれば、『安い！美味い！』のニ言につきる。
そう断言できる数少ないお店。京丸がネームバリューでは数歩リードしている感じですが、こちらはコストパフォーマンスで上回っていると思われます。クチコミ入って無いのがホント不思議なくらい。
場所は国道３２２号沿いの南側。空き地の駐車場が有ります。おススメは串揚げセットと、揚げ豚足。
串揚げは、３種類のソースで楽しめます。その日の食材で、提供される串揚げは、ひと手間入った一品ばかり。
そして揚げ豚足のトロトロ具合に脱帽。手を使ってかぶりつかなくても、口の中でとろけて骨だけ残る感じ。
私は、『ドラーテン』という、ドイツの白ワインを、組み合わせます。油料理との相性バッチリです。お値段も控え目な方だと思います。CPかなり高いですよ。
久留米商大の近くともあってか、大学生で賑わっています。洋食の職人さんを彷彿させるご主人。気さくな頭の低い奥さんと二人で、店を切り盛りされています。串揚げと言うと、和のイメージが有りますが、ふんだんに洋を取り入れられている点も見逃せない魅力の一つ。一度御賞味を！
