先輩のお供で肉レストランへ。日頃は肉うどん肉しか食わないため、久方ぶりの立派な肉に巡り逢える緊張感。。。
立派なセットでも頼んでくれないかなと思っていたところ、ステーキ＆有頭海老フライという素晴らしいものを先輩がオーダー。
「おまえもこれでいいか」という一言は、５年ほどの付き合いになりますがもっとも優しい一言だと感じました。。。
サラダが来るまで待ち時間があったのはやむなしでしょうかね。スープバーでしのぎます。
激熱そうな鉄板と、ソースが別添えで登場。いただきます。。。。
サービスセット向けということもあってか若干ナイフ通りには抵抗があったものの、肉汁もしっかり。本当に久々。。。
海老もうまい。衣がしっかりついてはいるけど中身がまったく負けてないので十分な味だった。
