もう何年もコレが食べたくて食べたくて
が、久留米に縁が薄くなり行けずじまい
いや！もう、絶対食べる！と、久留米遠征へ
コレを食べるだけのために久留米に一泊（笑）
支店でしか食べたことがなく、初のひがし田本店
カウンター席は予約不可とのことで、待つこと３０分
席に案内され
オーダーはもちろん生ビールと骨付きカルビ
二人でとりあえず３人前オーダー
あと、久留米名物ダルム串
目の前でモウモウと焼かれる骨付きカルビ
匂いだけでビールがススム（笑）カルビ到着前にジョッキほぼ空…
キターーー！コレ！コレがずっと食べたかった！

甘辛タレがからんだ炭火で焼かれたワイルド肉
以前はもっと黒胡椒が効いてた気もするけど、古い記憶すぎて定かでない(汗)
手づかみでワシワシいただく
なんでだろう。味に飽きてもいいハズなのに、全然飽きない（笑）
３人前を二人で完食！
この味はここでしか味わえないんだな。と、つくづく思った一品
また久留米遠征せなね
