久留米で良いお肉が食べたいと思ったら
ここではないでしょうか？
掘りごたつ式のテーブルのある個室に
案内されました。
テーブルに設置のタブレット端末から
オーダーを行います。
まず、ドリンクを注文し
霜降り和牛三種盛り 2,970円
石焼ビビンバ（スープ付き）800円
サンチュ 363円を注文しました。
牛肉は佐賀のブランド牛「森山牛」です。
程なくして炭火が運ばれてきて、焼き網に
牛脂を塗ってから焼き始めます。
上に無煙ダクトが設置されているので
室内に煙が充満することはありません。
私は普通、霜降り牛肉よりも
適度に脂の載った赤身を好んで食べます。
しかし、少量、良いお肉であれば
たまには霜降りも良いもんですね。
タレは、サラッとした醤油ダレ、味噌ダレ、
レモンダレの3種ですが、醤油ダレが好みです。
少し物足りなかったので、あと一品追加しようと
牛トロ炙り寿司というのが、気になったのですが、
ご飯ものは既に石焼ビビンバを注文した後なので、
森山牛上カルビ（1,188円）を注文しました。
見た目、三種盛りに入ってた内の一つかな？
何れにしても奇麗なお肉です。
次は、牛トロ炙り寿司を食べてみたいです。
