息子も娘も１０月生まれ、いつまで付き合ってくれるかは分からない誕生日のお祝い。今年もつつが無く開催の運びとなりました。娘が海鮮苦手なので、記念日イベントはたいがい肉系になるんですが、店選びが大変。同じ店続きは芸が無いし、かと言って値段が高いから必ず良いとは限らない。ぐるなびさん、重宝しとりますがな。
店内非常に落ち着いた雰囲気で明る過ぎず、暗過ぎず。奮発して一番高いコースの四人前（肉寿司食べたかったから）を注文しときましたが、運ばれてきた肉の量が多い。こりゃ気合い入れて食べんと入らんなぁ。
軽く炙って食しますと、森山牛とやら、脂がしつこく無くてさっぱり蕩けます。これは中洲だと３割増しから５割増しのお値段。舌が麻痺して美味い、甘い以外の表現が浮かばない。
ただ残念なのは、焼き台なのでどうしても網が一回り小さい。４人分、野菜なんかを一緒に並べて焼くのに一苦労する。多分、余裕を持って焼くなら３人分が限界ではないかと思います。
出来れば隔年で通いたいので、是非改善検討頂きたい。宜しくお願い致します。
