久留米市の櫛原にある人気焼肉店の佐蔵さんへお邪魔しました。
基本的には大昌園さんにお邪魔することが多いのですが今日はこちらにしました。
やはり焼肉は量より質ですね。
森山牛を扱っており、これがまた絶品です。
肉独自の味もしっかりしていて肉好きには堪らない..
霜降りカルビも脂はありますがキツくなく結構食べれます。
たれも２種類ありよく肉に合います。
ハラミとミノとタンがが大好きです。
部屋も個室がほとんどで今の時期にぴったりです。
最後は牛トロ握りで〆ました。
濃厚ですね。
