コロナに冷や冷やした2月ももう終わります
（コロナはまだまだこれからだけど）
2月はほとんど日帰りで久留米方面に通っていました
毎日、早起きして車で移動だったので、睡眠とか健康状態を維持するためにかなり気を配りました
お昼は他のメンバーと一緒に近くの道の駅で食べることが多く、きっちり栄養取れましたけど
道の駅くるめのレストラン ほとめき庵は地元産の食材をたっぷり使っただんご汁やちゃんぽん、定食などが食べることができます
ご飯も炊き込みごはん、玄米ご飯、白ご飯から選べるので、私はいつも玄米ご飯食べてました
こちらは団子汁セット
800円弱で300円くらいのメインと100円くらいの小鉢を選ぶことができます
カレーの時も玄米ご飯に変えることができるし、カレーの上には季節の野菜がのってます
野菜たっぷりだからと調子にのって、毎回もりもり食べてたら体重が増えちゃったので、今週は来週の健康診断に向けてダイエットです
