道の駅くるめにあるレストランです。
行きたかった近くのうどん屋さんが臨時休業だったため、こちらもテレビで紹介していたのを思い出して買い物も兼ねてお昼を食べに寄りました。
うどんやだんご汁のようなメニューは札を取り、おかずはセルフで好きなものを取ってお盆をずらしていき最後に会計をするという社食のようなスタイルです。
かけうどん(340円)
５種類の野菜を使ったかき揚げ(130円)
を注文しました。
お茶をセルフで入れるのですが、そこに鰹の佃煮と、手作りのドレッシングが置いてあって自由に食べられます。
かけうどんは出汁も味も優しいです。
麺が細めで少しコシのあるもっちりした筑後うどんで好みでした。
かき揚げは下に敷いてある紙が油まみれで、食べると重いです。
ただでさえ油を吸うので、もう少し高温でカラッと揚げてちゃんと油を切ってお皿に乗せてほしいなと思いました。
抹茶塩が添えてあるのは良かったです。
