久留米ってサイコー！
ホント、イイところだネ！
福岡には何度も訪れましたが、
久留米を訪れたのは今回が初めて。
いやぁ～、もっと早く来るべきでした。
素直にそう思わせるほど充実の内容でした。
中でも食に関しては充実していた。
そのうちのひとつが「だご汁」でした。
「だご汁」は九州の郷土料理で、
「だんご汁」と呼ぶ地域もあります。
神戸っ子の私も、子供の頃から馴染みが…
ちなみにウチでは「だんご汁」と呼んでいた。
ばぁちゃんが作ってくれるコレが大好きでした(^^)
残った味噌汁の中にだんごを入れてくれる事もあった。
今回は、道の駅くるめ内の『ほとめき庵』にて頂きました。
コチラの「だご汁」は、私が子供の頃に食べていたソレに近い。
ただ、だんごの食感はコチラの方が圧倒的に上品(^^;)
味付けに関しても品があって田舎料理とは思えないほど。
コレがたったの320円なんてタダみたいなもの(←言い過ぎ)ｗ
ホント、具だくさんなので、コレだけでも昼ごはんになりうる。
また、お店のスタッフの皆さんが元気で気持ちイイ！
お昼時で行列が出来ていたのですがストレスを感じない。
コレ以外のメニューも豊富なので普段使いも可！
もし近所にあったら通っちゃうであろう優良店です。
