１１時半 ジャストに訪問。。。すでに ２組 椅子に着席。。。
イタリアンテーストの内装。。。開店祝いの胡蝶蘭 所狭しと 並んでいます
店内も 広くて 明るい。。。テーブルもいっぱい有りますが
予約してても カウンターに 案内され
その人気のほどが 察することが出来ます
ランチメニューで 一番安い 平日限定 ビジネスランチ。。８００円。。。
パスタ スープ サラダ パン。。これでも お店の味を知るには充分です
オーナーシェフ 得意の トマトソース選択。。。
イタリアンパスタは トマトソースで食べたが 一番良く違いが判ります
先ず 冷かぼちゃスープ かぼちゃの味濃厚すが
口当たりも良く 美味しいです。。。
パンで かぼちゃスープ きれいに 舐め上げます。。。
サラダは シャキシャキレタス スライストマト。。
ドレッシングが独特な ジュレ風。。美味しいです。。。
メインの パスタ トマトソース やっぱり イタリアン
トマトが ピッタシです。。。パスタ麺は 固めん。。。
トマトソース 茄子 良く絡んでます。。
フォークで麺を絡め 食べます美味しいです
トマトソース 残しても 勿体無いので スプーンで 粗方すくって食べ
最後の仕上げは お代わりで 貰ったパンで きれいにパスタ皿 舐め上げ。。。
これぞ お客の シェフに対する 感謝のしぐさ？？？と 喜一郎 信じています
８００円で 簡単でしたが 本格パスタ 楽しめました
女性に 人気の出る レストランになるでしょう。。。
日吉町から 東櫛原に移転。。お店も駐車場も広くなり
繁盛することでしょうね。。。
