大好きなクリームパスタのある店
移転後初めて訪れた
ランチ内容少し変わったのが残念だ
店内ラグジュアリーな雰囲気は無くなってるがテーブル、椅子、グラスは以前のまま

イタリアミシュラン2つ★の店で働いたオーナー
客がわんさか入ってきて大忙しとなった為久々に話すことは出来ず
ビジネスランチ800円

温めが足りない
それとも夏場はこのまま提供するのだろうか

ドレッシングがかなり俺好みだった
スープ
店員接客良いのだが声が小さく何のスープか分からず
とは言え、以前同様オーナーのご兄弟の無農薬の野菜なのだろう

パスタは3種類からクリーム選択
この時期は冷製クリームなのを忘れてた 普通のクリームが食べたかったのになぁ
ボリュームあるパスタ量
クリームたっぷりなのは嬉しい
牛乳か生クリームかが強過ぎたか途中で飽きてきた
クリームの作り方を変えたのだろうか
うーん、今度は夏を避けて普通のクリームを食べに行かなくては
色々書いたが他の店のクリームパスタより旨いのは紛れも無い事実
大好きなクリームパスタがある店だからこそ記事に厳しく残すことにした

夏になると冷たいバージョンのクリームパスタになる
大好きな温かいクリームパスタを食べに彼女と訪れた
ビジネスランチ800円を注文しようとしたが平日しかやっておらず
サーヤランチ1400円注文
まずは前菜
大場のムース、桜エビのキッシュ、リエット ちょこっとだが旨い
パン＆バター
バターの少なさに愕然
パスタは3種類から俺はクリームを選択
ほうれん草、コーン、シーチキン
以前はもっと具の種類にこだわってたが、何だかありきたりなものを使ってるなという印象
クリームソースは相変わらず旨い
デザート
雪見だいふくのような食感のものが特に旨かった
まわりの皮は抹茶味、中はほのかにイチゴ味 また食べたい
ドリンクはオレンジジュースへ変更
以前はコーヒー、紅茶、エスプレッソだけだったがジュースに変更も出来たのでありがたい
