久々に奥方が平日休みとのことで、気になっていらっしゃったこちらへ来訪。
どうしてもここのランチを食べに行きたかったそうです＾＾；
こちらのお店はここへ移転されてこられてまだ長くないようです。
シェフはミシュランの2つ星レストランで働いていらっしゃったという経験の持ち主。
来店したのはオープンに合わせて11：30。
既に駐車場は車がいっぱいになりつつありました。
予約をしていなかったものの、何とか席は空いているようでした。
予約をして来店されている方が多く、平日でも予約必須な感じです。
案の定、正午には満席となりその後来店された方はお断りされていたようでした＾＾；
今回はビジネスではないがビジネスランチをオーダー＾＾；
パスタはトマトもしくはクリームから選べます。
今回はトマトとクリームを1ずつオーダー。
サラダは程良い濃さのドレッシングが旬の野菜の味を引き出しています。
スープは紫芋のポタージュです。
紫芋の色が彩やかで紫芋の風味と甘味もしっかりと出ています。
パスタはどちらも美味しかったです！
クリームにはパスタには珍しい海老芋をはじめ、貝柱とホウレン草が入っていました。
クリームも程良い濃厚さで素材の味をしっかり引き出してあったと思います。
パスタの硬さもアルデンテでばっちりです♪
食後には平日はプラス100円でドリンクが頂けるとの事でコーヒーと紅茶をオーダー。
奥方は飲み物と一緒にデザートケースのケーキが食べたくなったらしく追加オーダー。
そのままカットされて運ばれてくるのかと思いきや美しくデコレーションされて運ばれてきました。
うまさ倍増♪
人気店のようですので平日ランチでも予約をして行った方が無難だと思います。
