2日連続でバスツアー。
今回はどーしてもこのお店に行きたくて・・。アクセスが悪いし、行っても1時間以上待ち・・
それがツアーなら待たずに入店できるという。
お店は趣ある1件屋、団体なので２F。大広間のテーブル席、
メニューは決まっていて
お店看板の蒸し「せいろ蒸し」(2700円）。
着席すると同時に店員さんがどんどんと配膳。
ツアーなので10時到着・・それに合わせて
蒸したて熱々で到着、
付属は漬物と肝吸い、ツアー特典なのか骨せんべいつき。
「うなぎのせいろ蒸し」は久留米辺りではポピュラーな料理。
出汁と米と鰻で蒸し、錦糸卵がトッピングが特徴。
出汁が米の隅々まで染みていてとても美味しい～！
しかも男性も大満足できるボリューミーさ。
ここのお店の人気度が高いのは料理が美味しいのは勿論
お残しをすると、タッパの準備あること。
持ち帰りたいと訴えると、すぐにタッパ、ビニール袋、袋とセットですぐに持ってきてくれます。
わざとお残し帰宅後家で食べても美味しさ変わらないΣ(・ω・ノ)ノ！
遠くても並んでも食べたい訳がここにはある。
