久留米IC近くにあるうどん屋さん
手練り、手打ちのこだわり麺
茹で置き、作り置きなし、注文を受けてから
麺を茹で、具材を揚げる、肉を煮るなど
少々時間はかかりますので、時間に余裕のある時しか
行けません
注文してからの時間も待つのですが、
お店に入るまでも時間がかかります
駐車場は店前の共有駐車場が12台あるのですが
直ぐに満車、コインパーキングもあるのですが
とりあえず順番待ちの名前を書かないことには
どれくらい待ってるかも分かりません
車の中で待ってある方もあるので列が少しでも
あなどれなかれ
本日は美容室？前の駐車場に空きありギリセーフ
（お店の人に駐車可能か確認済み）
時刻は11:15過ぎ何とか待たずに入れました
（本日は雨模様だったので入れたと思う）
カウンターに案内されました
キャパもカウンター9席と小上がり4人×2
4人テーブル×2 2人テーブル×1と小ぢんまりと
しています
作り置きなしでやっていくにはこれくらいでないと
回らないのでしょう
しかし次から次へとお客さんは訪れます
私の推しはごぼう天うどんです
細切りのごぼうがつなぎの粉少なめでカリっと
手のひら大のインパクトありのごぼう天です
ごぼう天は汁に浸からないようにうまい具合に
飛び出たごぼうを丼の淵にひっかけてあるようです

どちらもねぎ多目にて
提供までに15分程でした（早い方かな）
ねぎ多目で麺が見えません♪♪♪
ごぼうを少しずつ浸し崩しながら食べすすめます
（あまり天ぷら類がふやけるのが好みではない）
カリっと感を残しながら美味しい〜
あっという間に完食
ご馳走様でした
店を出ると駐車場待ちの車が並んでました
