藤井フミヤが絶賛のゆう助うどんに初入店しました。お昼前ながらお店の外に行列。かつ丼とミニうどんのセットをオーダー。かつ丼は、豚も肉厚で美味しくカラッとサクサクです。さて、藤井フミヤ絶賛のうどんですが、機械を使わない手打ちらしくやや丸い感じでコシと弾力あるうどんです。スープは、さっぱりしていますが、うどんとの相性が良く蓮華でスープをすくいながらうどんを食べると本当に美味しく感じます。
