九州出張で職場仲間と3人でお邪魔。焼鳥は当地名物。特に豚の白モツを焼いたダルム焼きが美味との情報をもとに、ホテルの方から教えていただいた当店へ。ピークタイムだったが並ばず入店。
初めて食べるダルムはカリカリジューシー。それでいて脂臭さがなく、丁寧な仕事ぶりが伺える。何本でも手が伸びてしまいそうなクセになる美味さ。その他、豚バラや正肉等の定番部位も頼んだがやはりダルムの印象勝ち。心ゆくまで名物を堪能。
