久留米出張の晩御飯は、やっぱりラーメンでしょということで
今回訪問したのは、西鉄久留米駅近くの老舗ラーメン店 東和ラーメンへ行ってきました。
価格をみると全体的に良心的な価格帯。
店内にいたお客さん達はほぼ常連さんのようで、軽いアウェー感。
店主さん一人で切り盛りしているので、大盛りラーメン500円を注文。
約10分ほどで配膳されたラーメンは、微妙は見た目…
まずはスープを一口。
塩気少なめでやや甘口な豚骨スープは、結構オイリー。
麺は柔らかめな中細ストレート麺
この柔らかさが、久留米っぽくて良いですね。
大盛りラーメンはスープ多めで食べ応えバッチリでした。
