今日は仕事の関係で福岡県久留米市へ訪問しました！
仕事終わり…同僚と２人で飲んでから帰りましょう！
上司が好きだったお店との情報でコチラへ突撃です！
勘が鈍くて途中まで全く気がつかなかったのですが…
全品３９０円なので、店名がサクマルだったのね…笑
(ただし税抜表示なので、本当はヨンニキューだな…)
店内はカウンター、テーブル席があり中規模な広さ…
予約はしてなかったのでカウンターに案内されます！
メニューを眺めて…今回のオーダーはこんな布陣に…

個人的に良いおつまみだったのはオイルサーディン！
缶のままチーズを乗せてこんがりと焼き上げたヤツで
イワシの風味、チーズの香ばしさ、オイル感が旨し！
今回の季節のグツグツは、夏らしいウナギとナスで！
出来立てすぐは火傷注意！ナスも油を吸うからな…汗
ただウナギ含めて旨味バッチリなので最高のつまみ！
最後はバゲットにオイルを浸して…うーん、旨し！！
タコのガルシア風もスパイスが効いてて好きな一品！
ネットで調べると、スペインのガルシア地方の料理で
蛸、じゃが芋、パプリカパウダー、オリーブオイルを
使用した一品！これがまたしっかりとビールに合う…
蛸の食感、じゃがいもが纏うパウダー…相性が抜群！
美味しいおつまみ効果で、お酒もグビグビ進みます！
全品３９０円でメニューによって損得ありそうですが
そんな事はいちいち気にせず美味しく楽しめました！
メニューも多いので次は違うのを試してみようかな？
