The signature dish, fried chicken wings, is marinated in a secret soup stock and the special salt is so delicious that you won't be able to resist it. The texture is crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. I ate 7 pieces by myself. There were many a la carte dishes, including the new specialty, Crispy Gyoza / Dumpling, and we ordered a variety of them. Lettuce fried rice was already delicious.
