久留米～小郡エリアで展開する老舗チェーン「久留米ラーメン 清陽軒」さん。
飲み屋街である文化街のお店「文化街店」はいつも営業は夜からでその分遅い時間まで営業している模様。
通りがかった際に営業していたので何となく食べたくなってふらりと入店。
とりあえず頂いたラーメンはスタンダードなラーメン。
久留米ラーメンらしく、麺は中細でスープの脂部分は多く、豚の脂を揚げた「カリカリ」も入っており、懐かしさがじんわり来ます。
スープの塩味も程よいレベルで個人的には好きなタイプのラーメン屋さんでした。
しかしこの店だけではありませんが、街中で昼間営業のラーメン屋さんは少ないですね。
