聞いたことないホルモンがいっぱいです。
私のオススメは
ウルテ（喉の軟骨）！
食べたくて食べたくて夢にまで出てきます（笑）
コリコリでプチプチで
たまらない食感です。
スープもお肉のダシがきいてて美味しいですよ。
それから〆は
カレーがオススメ！！
牛スジなどがたっぷり入った甘辛のカレーです。
オーナーさんも面白い方で
ちょこちょこと行きたくなるお店です！
