雨で少し寒くなった5月下旬、久留米市の中華料理店『ひすい亭』へ。
6台分しかない駐車場が満車になってしまうということと、行列のできる人気店との情報を参考に、ランチタイムを若干外した時間帯に来店することを決めて、店の前の駐車場に車を止めて、2名で初めての来店。
金曜の12時40分、空いていた奥のテーブル席に着席。
メニューを見て、連れは、坦々麺＋ミニチャーハンセット【1,120円、税込】、私は、海鮮湯麺（カイセンタンメン）【950円】を注文。
注文から10分で、着丼。
スープをレンゲで一口、醤油味ではない塩味のあんかけという感じで、美味しい。
具材は、プリプリの海老と大きめのイカ、沢山の野菜(白菜、人参、支那竹、キクラゲ)が。
麺は、コシのある縮れた細麺で、海鮮との絡みも良くて美味しい。
全体的には、海鮮あんかけ丼の飯がスープと麺に変化したような感じです。
ミニチャーハンは1皿のみなので、2人で分けていただきます。
チャーハンは、少し油っぽいものの程良いポロポロ感あり。
量も多く、お腹いっぱいになりました。
