Made with ramen from Fukuoka Prefecture. Noodles made in our own factory. 100% pork bone soup that combines Kurume's call back and Fukuoka's torikiri

The interior of the store was inspired by an old Okinawan house, and the background music was also Okinawan songs. It says on the website that you should ask the store manager why you chose Okinawa. ``Michi'' is pork bone-based and relatively light, and ``Shi'' is made with back fat and garlic. "Michi" is the old-fashioned Kurume Ramen, and "Shi" is Menshi's original. When you enter the store, there is a ticket vending machine on the left side. Since it was my first visit, I chose "Michi" Ramen. The lunchtime service is 100 yen (normally 200 yen) with Takana rice. ``One topping is free for Twitter followers only'', so I showed them the screen I had followed in advance.I asked for ``green onion''.It seems that the eggs will run out if you don't go early.I asked for medium hardness. The food was served in the order of takana rice and then Ramen. Considering the restaurant was full, we were seated within 5-6 minutes. First, we had the soup with astragalus. It had a light taste and was not too salty. Tonkotsu Ramen The tonkotsu flavor, which is said to have a bad odor, is weak (perceptions vary from person to person). On a 5-point scale, the tonkotsu flavor index is ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆ ★ 1 star! It's so gentle that people in Tokyo won't be put off by the smell even if they eat it. The noodles are homemade using ramen wheat from Fukuoka Prefecture, which is made exclusively for Ramen are thin noodles with a low water content, about size 26.The owner worked at Ramen Ryu no Ie for 6 years. That's right, speaking of Ryu no Ie, I used to eat at a restaurant in Shinjuku, Tokyo. It's a very popular restaurant. The taste of the soup was not exactly to my liking, but it was a popular restaurant that was always crowded. Next time I'd like to stop by Sushi Yoshida on the way home. Thank you for the meal. What I noticed most here was how hot the soup was. I couldn't see the kitchen at all, but I could see that they were warming the bowls with boiling water. I thought so.I can't stand being served lukewarm soup in winter. That's a really good thing about this restaurant.
