On a cold day, we decided to go for shabu shabu. We were going to go to a certain all-you-can-eat restaurant that we always go to, but we discovered a new restaurant. We checked it on our smartphone and found that it was an all-you-can-eat style restaurant with plenty of side dishes. It even had Sushi. It was a little pricey, but after discussing it with my wife, we decided to give it a try. First of all, the restaurant was very clean, since it was a new restaurant. The interior was clean, and the seats were divided into boxes, making it easy for families to use. It was lunchtime on a holiday, but we were able to enter the restaurant with almost no waiting time. In addition to the all-you-can-eat lunch menu, there were also single-item menus. This time, we ordered the lunch shabu shabu and all-you-can-eat Sushi with all-you-can-drink soft drinks. You can choose two types of soup stock for the hot pot. This time, we had Medicinal Food Hot pot and Yuzuan kelp dashi. Here we realized that we made a mistake in our choice! The unique aroma of Medicinal Food Hot pot was amazing! It's just too much. We were attracted by Hot pot and underestimated Medicinal Food. Well, that happened, but half of it was kelp dashi, so it wasn't impossible to eat. By the way, there was no initial assortment or anything like that. You have to order everything on the touch panel. All orders are for one person, so I think there are few mistakes in quantity. However, the Sushi is mainly assorted, and the only single item is vegetable sushi. It seems that seafood sushi is only assorted. This is a bit? I wonder. Maybe they don't want us to eat much seafood sushi? I also ordered a few Fried food side dishes and chawanmushi. Fried food was quite ordinary. Well, I guess so. The chawanmushi was delicious. The main dish was shabu shabu, but the meat seemed to be Sangen pork and domestic chicken. There was no beef. I ordered Sangen pork belly and loin, and yuzu leek to eat rolled up. The meat was as expected. The balance of fat and lean meat was good. And the texture is good when eaten with leeks. However, I feel that it's a bit of a waste if you eat too much leeks. (In other words, the leeks just add volume, so there's no room for meat.) Overall, I felt that the quality was good, but it was just unusual. There are many items on the menu, and the all-you-can-eat Sushi option seems attractive at first glance. However, Sushi is only assorted, and shabu shabu and side dishes are quite ordinary. There are few elements that make me want to come back. I wish I could order a little more flexibly, but in the end, I think I'll just go to my usual restaurant (M〇Restaurants). That's how I felt.
