たくさんのお寺がある通りがあります。
13:00～用事があったので
ランチをしに訪問しました。
このお店のことは以前から知っていました。
名前の通りニューヨークのブルックリン地区に
ありそうな内装のお店です。
カウンターに案内されましたが
椅子の座り心地は悪かったです。
メニューを見て特に興味をそそるものは
見当たらず、悩んだ末に
牛筋カレーを注文しました。
税込みで1000円を少し超えるくらいの価格でした。
やって来たカレーですが
スープ皿に盛られスプーンが刺さっていました。
私にはこの感性はちょっと許せません。
さて、味はというと全くカレー感がなく薄い！
牛筋カレーならば、コラーゲン感を残すように
仕上げて欲しい。
私には、この料理に1000円以上の価値は
見出せませんでした。
好みにもよりますがBGMが大きすぎる
客の前で料理人がBGMに合わせて
鼻歌交じりに歌うというのはいかがなものか？
